‼️Please be aware that once the ”ON HAND” unit is sold a duplicate CAN be made. However, there may be a slight changes due to each unit being MADE custom. For example the color may not be exactly the same but it will be very close! Each unit is made unique so keep that in mind & TRUST the process. The wigs posted on THIS website are ALL considered custom orders unless it is described as ON HAND.
⭐️ How long does the unit last/longevity: up to 3-6 months or longer depending on everyday wear and if the knots are bleached. This may change per client. We recommend getting a unit or 2 to switch off to avoid wear and tear on the same unit being worn everyday. With our wig repair system some clients have kept the same unit 1 year or more.

⭐️ How should i wear my hair underneath?
Hair should be cornrowed in small braids for a flawless, and flat install. For closure units we recommend parting YOUR hair in the same place that you want the closure part to lay on for a more natural look. For shorter hair (that can’t be cornrowed) or bald clients YES you can wear our units too.
⭐️WHAT IS A UNIT?
a unit is a fancy word for WIG. Most of the time units are hand constructed wigs.

Closure Units are what we recommend for virgin wig wearers. This wig can be sewn on or worn glueless. Perfect for everyday wear.
⭐️ WHAT INSTALL METHOD DO YOU RECOMMEND?
We recommend the gots 2 be gel method/spray. If your unfamiliar with it try watching a few videos on YouTube before purchasing. Each unit comes with combs and a elastic band which is ready to wear without the gel method. The gel method in our opinion is better and can secure your wig even more for a few days at a time. It is a temporary replacement for glue in which you can do yourself.
Another option would be getting a stylist to install the unit with glue or getting it sewn on. We have stylist we recommend for these services prices (wig installs) start @ $75. please see our booking section.
⭐️ DOES THE LACE COME CUT?
Unfortunately, no it doesn't. Cutting Lace is very simple we recommend watching YouTube videos if your are unsure. Or getting your personal stylist to help you. (Some Units may come pre-cut if requested, but no exchange can happen once cut! No exceptions)
UPDATE: We will cut your lace by request only! Some on hands units may come with pre-cut lace.
⭐️WHATS A 360 FRONTAL?
A 360 frontal is a frontal piece that goes around the perimeter of your head measuring 22.5inch around 4inch front 2inch back (nape area)
⭐️WHATS THE DIFFERENCE IN A 360 FRONTAL AND A REGULAR FRONTAL?
360 frontals go around the perimeter of your head while a regular frontal only goes ear to ear.

WHERE ARE WE LOCATED?
We are located in Duncanville Texas, BUT we are a online store. WE now offer pickups for local clients by appointment ONLY. ALL other WIGS/UNITS must be shipped. You cannot avoid A shipping fee regardless if you pickup or not.
DO THE WIGS COME CUSTOMIZED?
NO, Most custom orders do come fully customized. You would need to add FULL SERVICE or BLEACHED KNOTS to your order.
WHAT IS FULL SERVICE/BLEACHED KNOTS?
Bleached knots make your unit look more natural when parting. This does take away longevity of the unit due to us using bleach for this service.
Full Service includes: bleached knots, hand plucked hairline, and baby hair. This service is usually for clients that was to have a more natural look.
On Hand units usually already come customized. Always read the description bar to see details on that unit SPECIFICALLY.
⭐️HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY UNIT TO BE MADE?
up to 7-14 days. Tax Season and Holidays will require more processing days/shipping time not to exceed 3-5 more days additional.
⭐️CAN I EXPEDITE MY SERVICE?
Yes rush orders are $50. Rushed orders are shipped by 1 week.

⭐️WHAT KIND OF HAIR IS USED?
All units/wigs are made of 100% virgin 8A OR 9A human hair. Each unit is bleach-able and can consume color. Hairs can last up to a year with proper care. Mink hairs are 10A-12A grade hairs.
⭐️CAN YOU STRAIGHTEN THE TROPICAL KC UNIT or EXOTIC CURLY?
Yes, but we don't recommend it. Using a lot of heat can cause damage and loosen your curl pattern over time.
⭐️HOW DO I MEASURE MY HEAD?
Use a measuring tape. 22" around your head (circumference) is a medium which is average. Large and X-Large units we charge a extra fee because more hair is needed.

⭐️DEPOSITS?
Deposits/payment arrangements are only accepted on certain units. If you don't see that option then it is NOT available. You will have to pay in FULL. Deposits are non-refundable once we have started the process.
⭐️REFUNDS?
We do NOT offer refunds on units or wigs. Each unit is CUSTOM. So for this reason alone we do not offer this. You can contact us with any issues you are experiencing.
⭐️WHAT COLOR IS THE LACE?
All units come with light brown lace. You can add a tinting service for a extra fee if you need your lace lighter/or darker. On Full lace orders the lace color can be chose by you. Transparent, Light Brown, Medium Brown, Or Dark Brown.
⭐️DO I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
Yes! Once your unit is complete it will be shipped same day or next day. (2-4 day priority usps) A tracking number will be sent to the email you used when you made your purchase. (Via PayPal)
