ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS ON WIGS/UNITS. All orders are made custom to order so for this reason we are STRICT with this rule. For this reason alone its extremely important to order the correct cap size or come in for a consultation. Please be aware that all wig units are made custom per order. Once the on hand wig is sold there may be slight changes to your wig. We try our best to get as close to the original unit pictured. 

(Payment verifications are mandatory or your order will not be made or shipped) 

Payment Verification= VALID ID/DL THAT MATCHES THE CARD BEING USED. (Photos must be emailed) 

Orders take a while to be made please be considerate and cancel your order within 24 hours. We usually start on orders within 24 hours. After 24 hours no REFUNDS or changes can be made. 


 We do NOT offer wig replacement/ hair if lost or stolen once the hairs.

Check with your local post office if your item says "delivered" and was not received. 

You will need to open a claim with USPS in order to receive your item or to get any type of resolution.

This is ONLY IF your package states that it’s already been “DELIVERED” 


Please do not order if you do NOT agree with our policy. No exceptions will be made. Please contact us within 5 days of your received order for any resolutions! We try our best to provide exceptional customer service! Please expect a response within 24-48 hours.
